Today is Molly’s birthday!
October of 2009 J and I welcomed this big eared little dog into our home. Little did we know that Molly’s personality would be the complete opposite as my previous Boston. Nonetheless, she easily wiggled her way into my heart.
Molly loves chasing a tennis ball and will play as long as someone will throw or kick the ball. Barking helps Molly catch the ball as she slides across the linoleum. It’s just not a good idea to do this when J is talking on the phone.
I got lucky as Molly is a traveler. She loves riding in the car and visiting Nebraska and Iowa. At home, Molly is not allowed anywhere near the cattle or cattle pens. When we go visit my folks or Sister they let Molly help with sheep chores. She finds this a tasty adventure.
Molly is my shadow. She follows me all over the house and yard. She sits with me in the evening and takes a nap with me on the weekends. Molly is the first to come a running when the refrigerator door opens or I drop something on the kitchen floor.
Molly’s purpose in life is to be my little buddy and she is very good at her job!
