The Versatile Blogger Award

I’m excited to be passed the Versatile Blogger Award by Deborah at Deborah Jean’s Dandelion House.  Thank You Deborah, I appreciate your thoughtfulness!

The rules are:

1.  Choose 15 additional blogs to award and leave a comment on their blog to let them know.

In random order, I share with you bloggers that motivate and encourage me everyday.  Your personal stories inspire me and give me hope.  Your beautiful photos encourage me to look for the best in everyday.  Your recipes fuel my creativity.  Thank You for contributing so much to the blogging world and my life.

Amy at A Ranch Wife’s Slant, Katie at Pinke Post, Anne at Feedyard Foodie, Kim at Kim’s County Line, Judi at FARMnWIFE and Big Green Combine, Brenda at Hastings Dairy, Katie at An Authentic Life , Erica the PNW Rancer, Kim at Beef Matters, Liz and Amy at Two Maids a Milking, Alicia at Project Alicia , Kristi at Live and Love Out Loud, Dorothy at Crazy for Crust, Leslie at Her View From Home, Kyleen at sixteenbeans

2.  Share seven random things about yourself.  Today is my 1 year Bolgiversary!   My seven random things will reflect what I have learned the last year through blogging:

* Learning new technology requires patience and determination.

* There are a lot of neat people with amazing stories blogging about their life.

* Observe and learn from fellow bloggers.  They have many inspiring ideas and words.

* It’s important to disconnect every once in a while.  Step away from the blog and rest.

* I view my blog as a personal representation of me.  I do my best to Autograph my Work with Excellence.

* Share your story, your recipes, your pictures.  Join forums and blog hops, they are a great way to build your blog community.

* Comments make my day!

I want to Thank all of my readers and followers for joining me on this blogging adventure.  If you have been with me all year or just started following, I appreicate your support and comments.

Thanks for the shout-out Robyn – I very much appreciate it. But more importantly, happy blogiversary!! I’m thankful for all your hard work and dedication to advocating for ranch life. Keep up the great work!

    • Robyn says:

I enjoy you and your blog’s individuality. Learning about how things are done in the PNW is neat. In the big picture we raise livestock. It is amazing how each of us have different challenges to face due to our environment. It’s interesting to learn about how ranching is done across the country.

A year already, doesn’t seem possible. You do a great job and I love to read and see the pics about what you are doing. Just wish I could pop in and share a goodie and a cup of coffee with you and J. Love you guys. Have another great year.

    • Robyn says:

We worked cows at T’s today. Last year at this time we were walking on ice and battening down the hatches for a winter storm. You are right, time flies!

I appreciate your support and am glad you are able to keep up with J and I. Stop in for coffee anytime you are in the neighborhood. We love you too, Auntie!

  3. Kim says:

Robyn – You made my day – and probably my week – with my inclusion in your blog list. I’ve enjoyed getting to know you across the miles as I see your photos and read your words. Happy Blogiversary! And thanks again!

    • Robyn says:

You are so welcome, Kim! Glad I could help make your day great. I enjoy your blog and look forward to building our friendship. You frequently make my day with your inspiring words and pictures.

Congratulations, Robyn. I definitely agree about learning from fellow bloggers.

Hope you’re all having a great day!

    • Robyn says:

Thanks, Linda. I had a busy weekend in the kitchen and helping J. Today we went to J’s cousin’s and ran cows through the chute. Very lucky to have beautiful weather to work in.

  7. Congratulations Robyn and thanks so much for both following and including my blog! I love that you post comments and leave me your thoughts–you are most certainly right, comments make the day…That is wonderful that you have been going a full year—Feed Yard Foodie will reach its year anniversary in late April so I am getting fairly close. Keep up the great work and have a fabulous day!

Robs, thank you so much for including me in your list! Even though I don’t post comments as frequently as you do, I love seeing what you’re up to! Your buttermilk wheat dinner rolls looked so yummy! I actually found time yesterday (last night before bed) to bake 3 loaves of bread for my family. the last month has been busier than normal. I always appreciate your comments and you inspire me just as much! (I envy how consistently your able to post & all the great posts you share!)
