Rub-A-Dub-Dub …

Molly is in the tub, for a much over due bath.  I tried to summons the hubby into taking pictures of this activity.  He said “NO!”  It probably didn’t help that J was watching American Pickers and they were picking for NASCAR antiques.

Since the weather was nice this week Molly spent most of her afternoons outside.  Molly and Roxie play hard and they play dirty.  Molly runs, she growls, she sweats, then she comes inside and loads up on dog food.  After that, you don’t want to know.

The supplies I use when washing Molly include a big cup, dog shampoo, an old hair brush (for soapy scrubbing), a dog brush, an old towel and American Cheese.  Don’t forget the cheese!

Oh No ... Bath Time!

Molly is not a big fan of water, getting wet or baths.  I always tell Molly “bath time is fun time!”  She is still not impressed.

Why Me?

Apply shampoo and scrub.  Give little dog a small piece of cheese, it will make the process seem a little better.

Rinse out soap and dry off clean dog.

Brush a clean little dog and praise her.

All Done and Clean.

More Cheese?

Clean bathroom, it’s a mess.

It always makes me feel good to have a clean and shiny dog running around the house.  I am sure she feels better too.

I am a clean Pretty Girl, not a dirty little dog.

She can also be a naughty little thing! I like her, I will keep her. Jim may pay you to take her. She makes me think of Grandpa.

Is this the same process you use to clean J up after playing in the mud!!!!
