Sister and K came from Iowa to visit!
Here is what was on the menu Saturday night.
Italian Seasoned Sirloin End Pork Roast
I rubbed the pork with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and sprinkled on a package of dry Italian Salad Dressing Mix.
I added some water to the pan and stuck it in the oven around noon at 225 degrees. I finished the loin off on the grill for the last hour of cooking. It was awesome!
I made Wonderful Wheat Bread in the bread machine and cut up some lettuce and vegetables to complete the meal.
For dessert I found two recipes with ingredients I wanted to use. I combined the recipes and created my own cheesecake.
