Miss Candy’s Bread

There is a blogger named Candy,

She is pretty handy.

Animals, gardening, sewing and baking,

To the Farmer’s Market she will be taking.

Candy bakes bread,

You really need to add it to your spread!

Candy is a fellow blogger from Arizona.  I’m not sure how she found my blog, but am glad she did.  I enjoy blog posts from the Lazy J Bar C Farm.  Candy will tell you she “bakes bread for a living.”  She attends a weekly Farmer’s Market with her produce and baked goods.  Candy makes a lot of different breads.

I have printed off a few of Candy’s bread recipes and have made two different recipes.  Buttermilk Wheat Dinner Rolls, have been baked up twice in the last three weeks!  Actually loaf bread the first time and rolls the second.  Yes, the recipe is that delicious.

Due to the fact we ate the buns so fast, I decided to try another of Candy’s recipes.  So, I made Whole Wheat Bread

Both of these are keeper recipes and I WILL be trying more of Candy’s wonderful bread in the future.  I hope you do too!

Such beautiful bread! There is nothing like fresh homemade bread right out of the oven!

I agree! I am not a big toast fan. I am learning I like homemade bread with a little crunch to it. Not plain burnt bread, but a light toast to warm and bring out the bread’s flavors.

Miss Candy’s Rolls look amazing, I can almost smell those baking in the oven. They look like they have a very good texture. I will sure have to try this recipe. Hope you are having a wonderful week end and thank you so much for sharing with Full Plate Thursday.
