As many of my regular readers know I like quotes. This weeks Leap Into Spring Photo Challenge prompt is Easter or Eggs. I have chickens and love farm fresh eggs, so eggs it is. I googled egg quotes out of curiosity. Turns out we can learn a lot about life from eggs! All quotes came from this website.

I was surprised to find so many egg quotes. It was fun reading them and picking out some good ones.
My hens have been laying like crazy, so I have plenty of eggs on hand! I like to make over easy eggs and put them in a wrap with sautéed onion and mushrooms. Peppers are good too. We like scrambled eggs with Velveeta.

I like my eggs all the different ways…poached, fried, scrambled, boiled….I’ve even made Green Eggs and Yam.
