Favorite Flowers

It’s Monday … again!

If you follow my blog regularly you have seen most of these flower pictures.  They were in photo collages, but I think they are pretty enough to show full scale.

Friday evening I made my first Fruit Pizza!  It is blog post worthy, so look for a post in the next couple of weeks.  Another 51 in 501 checked off my list.

Saturday I spent a lot of time in the kitchen.  I love baking, but I get tired of washing all the dishes!  I made North Dakota Blueberry Muffins and experimented with using cherries in this muffin recipe.  I also made Candy’s Whole Wheat Bread.  My frist attempt not so good, the second try beautiful delicious buns.

Sunday I made my Hubby smile with Chocolate Chip Cookies , Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies and Pizza!  Ok, these are some of my favorites too!  It feels good to have a few baking items back in the freezer.

After last week’s rain the grass and prairie flowers have really perked up.  I took these pictures Saturday morning as J and I waited for cattle to pair up.  We had a great morning to move cattle to a new pasture.

I had a refreshing and wonderful weekend and got a lot done.  Don’t worry I did manage to squeeze in a good Sunday afternoon nap!   I am ready for the week.

How was your weekend?

Your flower photos are beautiful. The photos themself are great, but the post processing is lovely. I’d hang any of them on my wall.

All of the flowers do deserve to be seen again!
Every time I make bread, I check the consistency of the dough, it can be different from one day to the next! 😉
