Christmas in the Country Reveal

Before I share the adventures of my Christmas travels, I need to post about Christmas in the Country.

Carissa from Anchored in Literacy received my name for the gift exchange. I got a box from Florida full of goodies. A assortment of kitchen items included: a decorative towel with matching hot pad, green dish scrubber, cookie cutters, hot cocoa and peppermint sticks. Carissa sent two tree ornaments, a glittery “JOY” and a chalkboard decoration with my name. A package of chalkboard labels were also in the box.

Thank You Carissa for the fun package you sent from sunny Florida.

January 7

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you to all the bloggers and non-bloggers who participated in the second annual gift exchange.  Jamie Rhoades (This Uncharted Rhoade), Laurie Link (COUNTRY LINKed), Erin Mullins (Diaries from the Dirt Road) and I appreciate your support of this activity.

Don’t forget to add your blog post to the linky party.

Oh Robyn what a lovely and thoughtful gift. I participated this year for the first time and so enjoyed finding a gift to send and receiving a gift. Carissa obviously put a lot of thought into your gift. I will link up on January 7. Heading to Carissa site. Hug B

  2. What a fun gift!!
I see “World Market” on the package of labels.. I’ve always wanted to go to a World Market, but the only one in MN is in the twin cities, and we almost never go to the cities unless passing through every couple of years. 🙂
    Happy New Year, Robyn!

  3. That must have been a fun thing to do at Christmas. Hope yours was a Merry One and that your New Year will be full of blessings!!

The kitchen towel with the peppermint candies is really cute! And I’m a firm believer that one can’t have enough cookie cutters… 🙂 The exchange was a blast! Thanks again for hosting and introducing us all to new ‘friends’!
